At Mojo Smoke Palaces, we work with various smoke shop warehouses and fulfillment centers located worldwide to ensure a diverse range of high-quality instruments, devices, and accessories for our customers.
The majority of our items are shipped from warehouses in the United States, ensuring efficient delivery within the country. However, please note that certain glass selections, such as Bongs and Dab Rigs, may be fulfilled from warehouses in Canada, Asia, and occasionally Europe.

Orders fulfilled in our USA-based warehouses are typically processed within 1-5 days. Shipping transit time within the USA averages around 2-10 days, using USPS or UPS.
For orders fulfilled by our overseas warehouses in Europe and Asia, processing takes about 2-7 days, and shipping transit time is approximately 2-4 weeks via DHL, EMS, or UPS.

Mojo Smoke Palaces reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order, at our discretion. Due to security reasons, we may add a signature and/or ID verification at any point, to prevent fraud and underage orders.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority at Mojo Smoke Palaces. If your item has arrived damaged or you suspect it may be defective, please do not return it. Instead, contact our customer service immediately, and we will personally assist you in resolving the issue.
We gladly accept returns on all unused products and unopened electronics within their original packaging within 7 days of the order placement. Please note that once a product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return for sanitary reasons.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. All international purchases are considered final.
